As an employer, you should be well prepared for emergency situations in the company.

An introduction to first aid as an operational measure is important for companies. One or two employees or employees should complete a first aid course at regular intervals.

The basic equipment of the company include:

First aid emergency kit
A couch or sofa
A fire extinguisher

For psychological emergencies, the company may appoint a person of trust. Also a Works Council or external experts, which can be consulted via telephone counseling are offered.
