Trial period
It is perfectly normal that a trial period has been agreed in contracts. This serves you and the employer to determine whether the employment relationship is mutually satisfactory and can work in the long term. During the trial period, you are normally not entitled to make holiday. The period of notice specified in the employment contract often does not apply during this time.
Especially during the trial period, ensure that you leave a reliable, productive and generally positive impression to the employer. Remember, that it is a trial period for the employer and the employee. So, you have the right on potential irregularities noted, or if necessary to draw your consequences.
