Every company depends on the skills and motivation of its employees*. The task of Human Resources (HR) is to use these skills and motivations in line with the company's objectives. According to its definition, Human Resources is divided into two main areas: Human Resources Management and Human Resources Administration. The tasks include personnel planning, personnel development, employee recruitment and personnel communication.
In addition to internal personnel administration, this industry also includes the division of independent personnel service providers. These can be personnel consultants, but also companies that temporarily leave their employees to other companies.
Training in the HR area includes, for example, training as a business economist or personnel administrator. Suitable courses of study are economics, pedagogy, sociology and psychology, which can later be combined with a master's degree in human resources.
