Partnership and marriage are basically a private matter. Still, it has influence on the working life.

Love and relationships occur often in the workplace. This can be problematic in a company, but joint talks can help to find a good and acceptable solution for both sides. A ban on love is not legally permitted. Stay in dialogue and take the chance to have a good team within your company with a couple.

Getting married is a special step in every person's life. Many employers are guided by the public service collective bargaining agreement and grant special leave.
