Social assistance
Social assistance is provided for persons who chapter SGB XII only temporarily after the 3rd practice or have not reached the age limit for basic protection and can deny their livelihood not sufficiently from their own income and wealth. The services provided by relatives or other social benefits carriers are paramount. Help the living first includes food, clothing, household goods, body care and the needs of daily life. The help can be passed as financial assistance, in kind, or personal assistance in the form of advice and support.
